Noisy and old My husband and I have been living here for 1.5 years. It was OK for a while. We knew we were getting a cheaper rent because of the annoying highway construction and we were prepared to get what we paid for. We are now looking at other places to move to when our lease is up because there are so many terrible neighbors moving in. In the past few months the noise has gotten out of hand - very loud music playing at all hours of the day and night, fights in the parking lot, etc. The apartments themselves are good en... read more
The Best Complex! My boyfriend and I have been living here at Kensington Place for a little over a year, and we ABSOLUTELY love it here! We have our community pool, tennis court, the walking trail and so much more! The people and staff are so friendly here. They are very informative and helpful! Our apartment is very big and spacious, exactly what we were looking for! We are very proud of our complex we live in and are very pleased to say we've signed our lease for another year!
