I've been a resident here for quite some time, and I couldn't be happier! The community is fantastic—it's a great place for families, with a welcoming atmosphere and friendly neighbors. 2019: Awful experience at KP. Needed temporary housing during a home remodel. Paid a premium for the short term lease. Apartment was gross from prior tenants. Kitchen was "recently remodeled" yet falling apart. Appliances broke. Maintenance was poor. Neighbor's dog was a constant barking nuisance that management would not stop. People would smoke and hang out right outside our windows and leave trash and cigarette butts on the ground. People would not pick up after their dog. Witnessed many police interventions.
