The office staff is the rudest most disrespectful staff I have ever encountered.
(Rating based off of tour only) Christine and Lauren were extremely unwelcoming and uninformative. My partner and I scheduled a tour ahead of time, but Christine could not provide any prices on rent, fees, amenities, etc. She began quizzing us about a move-in date before we even got to tour anything. I have lived at this property on 2 occasions. A few years back, not bad at all and very satisfied! April 2025, not so much. I applied and accepted an apartment which was never available to be toured or seen. We were always told "It is not ready and will not be ready until closer to your move in date" when asked to see the apartment prior to our move in date. DONT MOVE HERE!!! (Injury, Bugs, ETC) First week of living here I ended up with a deep second degree oil burn due to a broken temp control gauge on the stove which the apartment replaced the stove but took no accountability for not replacing the old and broken equipment to begin with. Management is awful Maureen will hang up on you the moment she doesn't want to deal with the issue at hand, ignores calls, etc. Getting things repaired is a pain as well you have to harass them to do anything. So far it's been a little rough. 5 to 6 days to get a working AC, I just moved in. Was a water leak.. needed fixed before I can put things under the sink. New ac installed today. 1.5t in a 940sqft upstairs apt. .... in Texas. Little undersized if you ask me. It's 80 outside. Struggling to get below 74°F I build HVAC systems for a living, in R&D..
