This is honestly the best complex I’ve ever lived at. Spent two years here. Maintenance and all office staff are truly kind, professional, trustworthy, and caring people. There were virtually no issues here. Only minor maintenance issues but they were handled faster than anywhere else I’ve lived. The neighbors are great as well. Simply cannot say enough great things about this company and neighborhood.
I just moved into the apartment complex, and the whole process was made so much easier thanks to Michelle. She was by far the biggest help throughout everything. She made the move-in process quick, smooth, and completely stress-free. She was friendly, professional, and always willing to answer any questions I had. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the residents and wants to make sure everything goes well. I’m really grateful for all of her help and couldn’t have asked for a better move-in experience. I’ve been here six months it’s very clean has lots to do neighbors are quite nice and staff are amazing always very friendly and helpful I definitely recommend staying here.
This place is RIDDLED with MOLD and RUST that comes out in the water system! Black rust floating in your CHILDS BATHWATER!!! DO NOT rent here!!! For the money it is NOT worth it, maintenance will NOT repair anything correctly and it is now DETRIMENTAL to your family’s health!! Don’t let a new coat of paint fool you …. You will be sick!!
