They don't do anything around here to make the place look nice, there is dog poop every where cause you have people thinking they are too good to clean up after their dog. Garbage all over the place, even in the lake. If you have a problem in your apartment, they come and basically put a band aid on it and never fix the issue. The appliances look like they are from the 80's! This place is a joke. They were supposed to put a dog park in but I think they tell you things just so you sign that lease. Kensington was our first home when we moved to Cincinnati. We only had 4 hours to find a place, so we didn't get to shop around much.
