The Kensington Eye Institute is run very efficiently, and the staff are very knowledgeable
I wish we had looked at the reviews before using this parking lot. We got locked out on a Saturday afternoon, not having seen the sign at the entrance stating that it closes at 4pm on Saturdays. After half an hour running around asking for help, I finally got a call back from the building manager who let us into the parking lot remotely. If you are stuck in this situation, try the number on the photo that I have attached. Impark was no help at all. I am never using underground parking in this city again.
Lots of bad reviews on the weird parking access issue after the building closes but the janitor working today was possibly one of the most disrespectful individuals I’ve encountered. Incredibly rude and seemed to purposely follow me with a vacuum while I tried to call management to get access to the garage.
