i am not ashamed I stayed here as long as i did. it help me and my family out, as we got back up on our feet.. but as soon as we move on from this place they feel the need to call us to pay 300 bucks for towels.. and threatening us to take us to court over TOWELS! and ill add if we dont pay them they will put the extra money on my husbands parents that LIVE in there. how curl is this place.. i thought Kensington Inn was all about helping people out when your at your lowesr but really all they do is bring you do!!! and Chris ... read more
there's nothing to recommend about this place the hotel is trash the manager verbally abuses women the people are trash the staff will put you down and call you names the manager thinks he's a tough guy and will call people names the owners think they have the world in their palm because they come from another country and will lock you out of your room without allowing you to get your belongings if you upset them in anyway this entire hotel complex is covered in cockroaches and bed bugs this entire hotel is absolutely trash ... read more
If I was you I would never stay here the people that run this and the people that work for them are rude they really need to shut this place they treat it like it's a jail and they have bedbugs and half of their stuff dose not work so if I was you and you can afford it I would go stay somewhere else that will treat you better and have more respect for you and won't treat u like your in Jail and more then half their stuff because this place is a joke.
