Sadly, we’ve had a very disappointing experience with KHPP. They installed windows for us about six years ago. We reached out because we are doing some construction on our home and we need to add two windows to a wall of windows that already exist. I'm sure the windows are fine but terrible customer service. Their sales rep for their exclusive dealer in Columbus Ohio did a bait and switch on me, promising me "the best windows" that would qualify for energy rebate, and then ordering me KHPP's lowest line that didnt qualify for the rebate. KHPP was also useless In resolving the issue. So much for their "hand picked network of installers" they advertise....
These window companies are a scam so beware!! They "purchase" other failed going out of business window companies such as Kensington Windows Inc. which scammed customers in Florida years ago by selling us "Lifetime Warranty" windows only to go "out of business" ( 8 years later) prior to the windows become defective. Then the same owners buys out failed business and opens up under a different name so they are not responsible for any previous warranties. I've purchased numerous windows and sliding glass doors from KHPP and have never been disappointed. The quality is exceptional. The energy efficiency, sound reduction, and overall craftsmanship of their products have consistently exceeded my expectations.
