A very strong helpful, supportive, cooperative and kind apartments manager. She is a wonderful and great assets for tenants.Also a very nice place to live. Quiet, nice grounds, helpful management. Clean, safe and quiet. And the maintenance staff is very helpful and on time.
When I moved in I painted the apartment myself!!! When I moved out everything was neat and they told me that everything was fine and there were no complaints. And after I moved out they sent me a bill for painting. So, no matter what you do and how you behave, they will make you pay for all the repairs that they had collected before you, from the previous residents. P. S also in many apartments there is a problem with mold and cockroaches which you will be offered to exterminate in your presence. And yes, the previous manage... read more
