When I moved in I painted the apartment myself!!! When I moved out everything was neat and they told me that everything was fine and there were no complaints. And after I moved out they sent me a bill for painting. So, no matter what you do and how you behave, they will make you pay for all the repairs that they had collected before you, from the previous residents. P.
