I would absolutely not recommend buying in this building. The board and management (orsid realty) are absolutely impossible to get in touch with, despite managing with a heavy hand and strict rules. The maintenance fees do not reflect the quality of this building, and the various required forms and *additional fees* implemented by management and the building are through the roof. Additionally, I have had my apartment damaged by building staff due to leaks in other apartments and they refuse to make repairs (ripped my medicin... read more
