While the grounds and townhouses look nice and rent is subsidized, the management is not that great. The resident manager thinks she owns the place and can do whatever she wants. The so called elected Board of Directors are hand picked by the resident manager and are a spineless group of 4 or 5 that never stand up to management. Repairs and replacements are done the cheapest way possible and the quality lacks. On the plus side, its affordable, close to town and not too many trouble-maker residents.
