The place is great for people with families. There are a lot of teenagers and kids in the neighborhood that help with cutting grass and shoveling snow. The new maintenance guy is also very friendly and helpful with all of my maintenance needs. The draw backs are it's a bit pricey and there's no option to buy. And cars and houses left unattended have been broken into from time to time. Including my house twice and my cars many times.
