Nice place and friendly staff.
Yesterday my mom had a flawless glaucoma surgery at this clinic. From the initial consultation with lovely lady at the register to the procedure itself, the staff was professional, reassuring, and incredibly friendly. Very grateful to RN Natalia, who went extra mile to make my mom comfortable. Overall, amazing experience.
I have been going to Kensington eye clinic since 2022 and have always had the best experience with the doctors and front desk staff. Always! But to my shock today Andrea I believe who is the admin staff of Dr Ocampo. Spoke very rudely to me and told me not to waste her time and my own as I couldn't remember my last appointment with Dr Ocampo. She has still not sent me the requisition form I called about today. Awful with time management here, I dont recommend here @ all - I waited soooo long and specifically requested an early appointment to avoid waiting too long... the front desk in a condensing way told me that each appointment can take up to 2 hours to be completed...this was NEVER communicated to me before nor I think this should be standard and I am a Healthcare provider myself...this is purely atrocious!
