After a long methodical search we came to Kensignton..Without a question Merlina DeLaTorre, the property manager, provided the absolute best customer service out there..She did such a great job and was instrumental in my wife and I coming there. We are excited to be part of the community there and trust Merlina to ensure our new experiences are fulfilling

I've lived here little over 2 years. Like any other apartment, your gonna have unhappy tenants. I can only speak for myself. I haven't had any issues. The couple maintenance requests I put in were handled in a timely matter. I really like the changes new management are making for the better. I've personally met Mark the new property manager & Merlina the assistant. They have both treated me with respect & willing to listen. I love how they plan things for the residents. Especially the seniors
