So 2 years of hell I would not recommend to my worst enemy ( well maybe lol ). First off no locks on the door on building so any homeless person can walk in and sleep on the staircase ( which I have seen ). The hallways smell like weed and garbage. If you complain about “ drug smells” they won’t renew your lease. Be warned there is no “ drug free admendment on the lease “ so yes you will smell weed all day and all night definitely not suitable for kids to live here. They raise the rent but fix bare minimum.
