I wanted to stop in to write a review because I almost did not move here due to the reviews on this page. First of all... the person who said that they don't cash rent checks is full of bologna. You can pay online with a check, or pay with moneygram and it is an instant check verify system, so dont listen to her. Yes, people are nosy but they just want to make sure that they're "taking out the trash" basically. The only people who have problems, are the people who do not do the right thing. Kensington management is beyond horrible. They constantly lose rent checks and or money orders and are quick to call their lawyer to start the eviction process. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. They steal hard working peoples money. The units look nice but have extreme electrical problems and if the maitenence men show up to fix the problem its almost a gaurentee you will be asked to pay for whatever it is you called for. The beginning of September 2014. My daughter was sexually t assaulted at the T station in Lakeville. He was arrested. He was held over the weekend. On the following monday he was put in prison on unrelated charges. Beating his girlfriend. I spoke with Nicole. He resided at Sterling Place. Nicole said when he gets out of prison.
