Don’t rush to sign the lease without seeing the unit like I did. Price is too high, and the quality is too low. It is very old, there is no microwave in the unit, there is very little counter space, and the insulation between units is lacking, so sounds travel easily. I regret my decision to live here. I wasn’t thorough enough in reading the listing, and if I had visited the apartment, I would not have signed the lease. I have made a mistake!
Have had a great experience with Kensington Court apartment complex which started with responsive and consistent communication with leasing staff. I have been living at Kensington Court for over a year now. It has been a very enjoyable and favorable living experience! The building has much character and style. And it appears the old, thick walls keep the noise level to a minimum, which is great. The apartments are updated and very nice. The building’s location is absolutely key. I like the area / location of the apartment but I wasn’t so happy with the bike parking lot. There are only 3 short bike racks for 20-25 bikes and there are no where to put my bike and I know some people have to leave their bikes unattended on the grass or lean on the wall. I call to ask if we could have more but the manager say the owner doesn’t want to add more. I really hope they can fix up on that because bringing an E-bike up and down the small elevator everyday isn’t a good solution either and I’m concerned if leaving ... read more
