I lived at Kensington Court for two years and overall had a good experience. The biggest highlight is the location. It is in the Museum District and within easy walking or biking distance to Carytown, the Fan, and Scott’s Addition. Having so many restaurants, shops, and entertainment options nearby was one of my favorite parts of living here. Maintenance was always excellent. Awesome location in RVA! Very walkable area. Morgan is very prompt and helpful. Maintenance is handled quickly and they follow up even quicker if the issue is not resolved the first time. Shoutout to Kevin, everyone that works there is very friendly. Plenty of parking in the lot as well. Would recommend!

Run run run, the mold from the leaky 100 year pipes with ruin your belongings and make you sick. The key are kept unsecured- the day that I moved in the pm called to see if I had the building keys, the ring to every apartment, because it was missing. Then a few months later I walked by a maintenance closet on the second floor, it's wide open lights on, no one around, and a lockboc on the wall with every apartment key is wide open to the public. Property manager Morgan is one of the most ill advised, condescending, and disgraceful individuals I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. In dealing with theft from my apartment, she loudly insisted they were not liable for the faulty front door. Also, that they did not have the man power to review less than 24 hours of security footage from a single camera. Don’t rush to sign the lease without seeing the unit like I did. Price is too high, and the quality is too low. It is very old, there is no microwave in the unit, there is very little counter space, and the insulation between units is lacking, so sounds travel easily. I regret my decision to live here. I wasn’t thorough enough in reading the listing, and if I had visited the apartment, I would not have signed the lease. I have made a mistake!
