The communication was subpar. We kept having to reach out about our roof getting replaced (because they had us sign something that we could ONLY use them) and we finally got an answer that we were going to be put on the schedule. Once that was done, we didn't know when they were coming until one day we woke up to the crew ripping off our roof. A little bit of a heads up would've been appreciated. OMGOODNESS, this company went over and beyond!!! I have an estate home that I need to sell, this company added new plumbing,, installed new electrical, worked on the furnace, the well and sooo much more!!! I would highly recommend them… Steve Porter communicated with me throughout the whole process and the work was done in a very timely manner. It was actually completed before I thought it would be. Do NOT hesitate to call them.
