The homes are nice but i already got robbed within the first month. Bad area
I have been living here for 1 years, only good thing I can say is there are no roaches, the rent is way more than it should be since new management took over the pool has not been open for use, they say it's a problem with a tree bull crap. I never see anyone cleaning the grounds and there is trash all over, they say we have a club house no we don't. Cameras do not work so again false for nearly $2000.00 a month they should do something in here
Does anyone know how much the land lease is a month? once you buy a house 1bed/ 1bad
Kensington has been my home ever since I moved here to Vegas. From day one the staff has been amazing , understanding and very respectful. I have enjoyed living here for the past 4 years and definitely looking for to many more years here with the Kensington Family .
