Victor and Andres do great and quick work as maintenance and are super nice to work with! I can always count on them to get me back up and running again.
I want to give a huge shoutout to Andreas with the emergency maintenance team at Kensington by the Vineyards. My air conditioner went out after hours, and Andreas showed up with an absolutely fantastic attitude from the moment he arrived. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and genuinely seemed to care about getting the problem fixed right. What impressed me most was his attitude.
