I’ve lived at Kensington by the Vineyard since 2020, and overall, my experience has been very positive. In nearly five years, I only visited the office a few times—to renew my lease or ask a quick question—but each time, Annette was consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. I had a lingering financial error from the previous management. However, the new management team has been much more organized and responsive, and I haven’t had any issues. Carlos is always the best when it comes to maintenance!! He is always lending a helping hand and is always finding a solution to any problems that come up in the apartment! The supervisor is also so amazing. When our AC was not working both Carlos and his supervisor came in trying to fix it. Thanks for all you do!
