The ceiling in my building has been leaking for months. I’ve called multiple times and nobody has been able to fix it. The ceiling is falling apart and it starts to leak again every time it rains. I came home one night and a huge piece of the ceiling was on the ground and it took multiple phone calls for someone to come clean it up. I’m not sure why it’s been so hard for them to solve this issue,
