Courteous and very professional customer service!!
Lived here for 8 years and love it: safe, quiet, clean. Repairs completed quickly. Friendly neighbors. Staff very helpful and friendly. It’s pretty centrally located too, so major streets like Telegraph and Woodward are close, and it takes no more than 30 minutes to get to either Downtown Detroit or Novi.
Malik was excellent! I put in two maintenance requests and within the hour he was there! Everything was fixed and I was very happy!
When I tell you, you will be nickel and dime for perceived luxury. I have this apartment purely out of convenience and location to my job. I know I’m not gonna renew my lease… Staff amazing tho … The actual apartments Themselves for the price, if I had more time, I’m sure I could’ve found something nicer. You would think you would have a washer/dryer or microwave in the unit, You’re asking for too much if you think you should have that for $1300. When I read the lease and heard what I have to do to move out for the inspectio... read more
