My sister-in-law has lived at Kensington for years and she has had a wonderful experience there. Recently, she had a medical emergency and we were able to work with Jason (the Property Manager) and through him the ownership of the property to assist my sister-in-law with her recovery. He was able to secure approval from ownership to allow ADA adjustments to her apartment which will enable her to continue to live there safely. From a Tour perspective only: Lakira was amazing and gave an excellent tour of the property. She explained the application process thoroughly and answered all my questions. The property and clubhouse looks great.
Great place to live! Maintenance is fast and efficient and management are transparent and professional.
