I had a great experience with the apartment application process at The Kensington at Beverly Hills. Everything was smooth, efficient, and well-organized. A special shout out to Jason, the community manager, who went above and beyond to assist me. He was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made the entire process feel seamless. His professionalism and attentiveness truly stood out.
Great place to live Kelly the property manager runs a great community always responsive. As a property manager myself I highly recommend renting at Kensington! The maintenance staff is highly skilled I have been a satisfied tenant for over 5 years
NOT NOT MOVE HERE this is my first apartment and I regret it badly the fees they charge are insane and everything is breaking in my apartment I even had mold in the bathroom in which I told the complex they came and removed the mold that was visible AND THE MOLD JUST GREW ITS MOLD instead of having a contractor come out and look into the wall they left it up to there maintenance workers I was also told I was getting a newly renovated apartment and that everything here was new and my handle on the refrigerator broke and it to... read more
