Great place to live Kelly the property manager runs a great community always responsive. As a property manager myself I highly recommend renting at Kensington! The maintenance staff is highly skilled I have been a satisfied tenant for over 5 years
NOT NOT MOVE HERE this is my first apartment and I regret it badly the fees they charge are insane and everything is breaking in my apartment I even had mold in the bathroom in which I told the complex they came and removed the mold that was visible AND THE MOLD JUST GREW ITS MOLD instead of having a contractor come out and look into the wall they left it up to there maintenance workers I was also told I was getting a newly renovated apartment and that everything here was new and my handle on the refrigerator broke and it to... read more

Let me start off by saying my experience at Kensington of Beverly Hills was not pleasant at all. the place looks nice from the outside, but all the issues are within the apartment. I really tried my best to get by until my lease was up. LIKE Asha and shayla reviewed Below, the Noise from the upstairs neighbors is nerve-racking.
