representative told me I could pay a larger deposit if I had credit discrepancies. first was told I was a felon as I am not and that I was denied. offered to give proof that I was not then was told my credit was an issue. being a combat disabled veteran Ive never run into this issue before. Especially when I know a few of the tenants and their credit history.
As of right now, I think little of any apartment complex, especially this size, who has NO ONSITEE MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL to fix a broken AC unit in these conditions......especially for elderly. I am NOT PLEASED with this, only one week from moving in.
