BEWARE!!! This apartment complex has its pros and cons. Let's start with the cons. Cheap paint when you wipe your walls down the stains stays there but the paint doesn't. The paint comes off the wall leaving a blemish. Old appliances. Everything in the apartment is used. I had to get my refrigerator replaced and they supplied me with a used one. My daughters room closet had mold in it which the property manager and matinance man tried to convince me wasn't there. My air conditioner went out every other day during the hottest... read more
This was a horrible place to stay...Rent is to high ..Its like you live in a motel...and management is nasty
Worst manager ever – I lives in Kensington/Heatherwood for about 5 months and wish I never had. I would not recommend this place to the nasty insects that live there. After my apartment was broken in to by a person who ordered a movie on my tv, lets just say it wasn't on the Disney Channel. The manager did nothing. Her name is Shereca and she is a liar. She allowed me out of my lease and I paid the rent through the notice I had to give. Three months after I moved out I get a call from a collector saying I owed her money. She... read more
Kensington I lived in these apartments about 10 years ago for 2 years. It was under different management then and all and all not a bad experience. The apartments are average size and the rent at that time was acceptable. I recently visited the unit right next door to my old one. My nephew now lives there. The place has really went downhill. The apartments are in rough shape inside and outside and my nephew says they have problems with ants. The neighborhood is somewhat rough too. I can't see paying $700 to live there. PROS:... read more
