Love the complex and management company. I've lived here for about 4 years now. Wendy is amazing. If you're moving I highly recommend checking out Alden Brown buildings. It's has really felt like they value quality long term tenants over turn over and rent hikes. I've lived in complexes where it feels like they're trying to push all current tenants out with rent increases. Here it doesnt feel that way.
