This complex would surely have a 5 star rating if the reviews from past management were removed. It's the best place to live in Cedar. They genuinely care. I lived there for about 3 years and it was great! The place needed a bit of tlc and cleaning when I moved in but nothing out of the ordinary. The maintenance team was fantastic, always quick to fix any issues. Including locking myself out of my bedroom, lol. Oh, where do I start? My family and I moved in March of 24. When we first moved in, our front door looked like it was pushed in by the police, the bathroom was nasty, and things were not cleaned. I notified the old manager Paige asap in email. She was aware of the situation and just noted it. For the most part I had no issue living there Travis and Paige were awesome and super nice. Looked at these apartments with Greg who did a great job and helped a lot while going over papper work to sigh and showing me the apartment that's a good size expechily for the price of them
I lived at the Kensington in Cedar City in 3 bedroom and it was so spacious and bright with built-in washer & dryer hook-ups. I moved out, but needed some help with some paperwork and Paige the office manager was awesome! She quick to answer my emails and get back to my concerns. I can't say enough about her customer service.
