Looked at these apartments with Greg who did a great job and helped a lot while going over papper work to sigh and showing me the apartment that's a good size expechily for the price of them
I lived at the Kensington in Cedar City in 3 bedroom and it was so spacious and bright with built-in washer & dryer hook-ups. I moved out, but needed some help with some paperwork and Paige the office manager was awesome! She quick to answer my emails and get back to my concerns. I can't say enough about her customer service.
Paige and Travis are awesome with customer service and residents at Kensington. They are super sweet. Glad to have them overseeing this property!!
I love this place. It's kept clean and they care about their tenants.
