Used to be a good place to live, now it’s being managed by a bunch of idiots! fees keep going up with nothing being shown for it. long time residents are moving out because of major repairs that are not being done. old roofs causing leaking and water damage causing mold because things aren’t being replaced properly. would not suggest buying what they call a “condo” here and it’s really just overpaying for an apartment.
