Excellent after sales service. My heat pump is 12 years old and had a problem. The tech department quickly helped with the issue and heating back on. Really pleased to call a company that knows their products. Well done and thank you.

I have 2 13kw units installed and they have been running smoothly for the past 2 years without problems. Recently contacted Kensa for some advice and they replied very promptly. Excellent product and service.
Kensa were the most Professional company we used throughout our new build, the customer care before, during and after the installation of our ground source heating system was outstanding. Yesterday we had an electrical issue with our 7k compressor unit, I called the Chacewater department and spoke to Tom Morris from Technical support he guided me through the fault finding process on the phone, diagnosed the problem and had the new parts sorted for me to collect in 15mins of our phone call!
