My mother and I had a flat tire while on our way home from work. We called Geico at 5:37 p.m. who told us that this company would be there within the hour to change the flat. They didn't get there until about 6:50 (the shop is 5-10 minutes from where the flat happened) and when the guy got out of the truck to help us, you could tell he didn't want to be there.
