Since Brent left and they moved to new location that place went down hill. Had to have new rotors and brakes after they were done my van just shook all over the place when the brakes were used. Called them they did replace the rotors for the third time now in like 10/12 weeks. The brakes are now shot in like 12 weeks. They tell me maybe my driving habits changed. Come on give me a break. Have an appt at another garage to try and get this mess fixed. I WOULD NOT USE THEN AGAIN. And I was a faithful customer
They got me in and out I went to gym while they were changing my oil they are the best
My gratitude and appreciation goes to this staff! While in town for the funeral of my brother, my check engine light came on and upon a recommendation, I came here to have a scan done. The staff not only did it free of charge, they also told me the problem was minor and sent me on my way with peace of mind that I should have no serious problems until I could see my own mechanic back home. Thank you so much!
Ken's Tires replaced an alternator for me yesterday as mine went out on I-81. Not only that, they drove me to the bank in another town. Nice guys...and thank you so much.
