They go beyond what they have to do to make sure that their customers are well took care of. I had a problem with a prescription not being faxed over and they called the doctors office for instead of me having to do it. they are so sweet when you go in someone always says hey and they are really good to my ain who has special needs. not many places are nice to him. but Ken's employees are

Judson brought David's medicine to our home way after closing and that shows me how much they care and appreciate our business. Thank you Judson, Stephanie and all the sweet girls that work there. Ken’s Thriftee Pharmacy in Walhalla went above and beyond this afternoon in taking care of me after my surgery. My surgeon forgot to call in my anti-nausea medication and the tech called the office and made sure I got everything I needed. Of course, they also always do everything possible to ensure you get the best prices. This local pharmacy is top notch and care about their clients. Every time I’ve gone there since I moved back to Walhalla has been great.
