RecommendedI have never experience the king of customer service that I experience whenever I walk in the door. Always a friendly smile. The people that run Ken's Sewing center are some of the most genuine people out there. Thy will bend over backwards to make sure the customer is more than satisfied. I bought a Brother Essence VM5200 and love, love, love, the machine! Everybody, especially Laurie, has been wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them.
I bought a Brother Embroidery machine... but what I liked most about Ken's Sewing Center is the friendly atmosphere.

So happy. I am not a real serious sewer and had a little cheap Kenmore machine that had a broken part. I didn't want to invest much in it. I had tried to order the part from Kenmore without success. Ennix fixed it while I waited! And adjusted the stitch tensions! What wonderful service and a lovely little shop. I won't go anywhere else now. :)
