Edited to 1 star. I had to spend money to have someone repair my stairs since the plumber broke one of them. Had to have my main drain cleaned again less than 6 months later. Lived in the same house for years and never had that happen when I've previously had it cleaned. Giving 3 stars because my problem was fixed in a timely fashion, but should maybe be 2 stars. As most everyone knows who have had a sewer back up in their basement, it is a significant emergency that you do not want to screw around with. Kens Sewer Service made themselves available when other services understandably could not. They arrived very quickly. I want to give special credit to the father/son team that came out. They were polite and very good humored. They were efficient and explained what they observed in clearing the problem.
