We are out of town so we had my father in law at our house. We found out our bathroom sink was backing up. We share the pipes with our neighbor. We live in a townhouse that shares plumbing. I put up a post because another company told us it would be 930 to fix it. Angela sent a message and that they could come tonight. It was already past hours and they came right out and fixed it. Needless to say it was under 300 and they are the friendliest people I have had the pleasure to work with. I do highly recommend them.
My kitchen sink backed up late last night. I called a local plumber and his voicemail said he was gone until Monday, but luckily he recommended calling Ken's Sewer Service for immediate help. I did call this morning at 9am and Dan, owner, set me up with a plumber within an hour! The plumber, Holy, was amazing and informative. He told me (kindly) what I was doing wrong: don't use corrosive chemicals (Drano, etc) on drain blockages, don't put chunky stuff (lemons, greasy meats, large amounts of anything) down the disposal. Ken’s always comes through in an emergency! We had a floor drain backup, and called Ken’s to help. They came out the same day (only a few hours later) and cleared the tree roots easily. Our property has an inconvenient cleanout location (tucked tight inside the wing wall framing of a closet), but they strategized, worked through it, and got the job done! I’d absolutely use them again, and I’d recommend them for anyone needing help with their sewer.

Highly recommend Ken Sewer Service! We had an unexpected sewer line backup caused by tree roots growing into the line, and they were able to come out incredibly quickly and get the issue taken care of. They were very communicative throughout the process, explained everything clearly, and provided a comprehensive follow-up plan to help prevent future issues.
