Absolutely horrendous. I had an emergency backup from my main drain. Ken's came out and ended up getting their cable stuck in my drain. I thought they were coming back to get the cable out and complete the job. Instead, they had me sign a paper saying I am responsible for their cable and charged me $325. They never came back and instead send a different sewer guy from "Brothers Underground" to get their cable out and scope the line. The thing is, they were going to charge me $1200! I called Ken’s Sewer Service at 7:30 pm on a Thursday night. They were able to come out that same night and address the situation promptly. Very professional communication and clearly know what they’re doing.
Good problem solving for our specific plumbing issue. We live in a mid century home so plumbing can be more complicated.
Technician was great! He came out on a Saturday evening and cleared our Sewer line!
I called Dan at 8pm, I told him my main was clogged. He acted on it immediately. Diego arrived the next morning. cleared the clog, and beyond. Hard worker, he diligently performed an excellent job.
