Prompt, friendly and reasonably priced – Ken's service was fast--someone came right over--and he spent a lot of time on the phone with me talking to me about my issues, even though he had lots of other calls coming in and had to call me back a couple of times. I had two different guys come over to deal with a couple of different issues--I had a floor drain that needed to be unclogged, and a water heater replaced.
