Darren Black at Ken's Service Center in Del Norte ALWAYS goes above and beyond when servicing our vehicles! Between playing secretary AND Mechanic today he went through EVERY little issue I had with my Murano when all I had made an appointment for was an oil change and tire rotation!!!!!
