Didn't meet Ken personally but he returned my phone call this morning to get more background on my issue, upon telling him it was intermittent he informed me it would be hard to pinpoint to exact issue, I informed him I wanted the bush bar changed out .. no comment. I informed him after he changed it and the lights didn't work we may have to do more electrical diag. Ken serviced our Motorhome furnace today. Excellent job troubleshooting the problem.the furnace is 20 years old Ken fixed the electrical issues and did a warranty recall repair that was never done on our refrigerator’s propane unit. Excellent work thanks again Ken.
We made a rookie mistake over the snow storm. Between Alliance and Ken, the two were there to save the day! Ken was knowledgeable and reliant. We recommend him 10/10!
