Our pool installation was a very positive experience. Ken’s pool was communicative throughout the whole process. They have all the right equipment to do the job expertly and efficiently. They worked with us and our specific needs to achieve an outcome that we are extremely happy with. I highly recommend Ken’s Pool & Patio for in ground pool installation.

FRUSTRATED!!! I’m a board member of a private pool club in SE Seattle. Ken’s Pools replaced the perimeter tile and deck drain grate. The work was done a year ago. We’ve had a couple of tile break and grate caulking come lose. Multiple calls and email from me and our general manager requesting warranty repair have gone totally unanswered. Their complete lack of responsiveness has been very frustrating. This have been a positive review. with a quick response and pretty simple fix. As it is, I can’t recommend Kens Pools.
Great company to work with! Paul is easy to work with and always here when we need him! I would highly recommend this company.
So far I'm not impressed. We had a deadline which was discussed and now missed, with clear weather working opportunities promised and missed. Maybe they were working at jobsites where promises were written into a contract. Don't tell me you're going to do something and not do it. I'm currently waiting for them to show (I think this is the third time I've been stood up) and they're 2+ hours late. As I said. Not impressed.
