I called Ken's Plumbing & Water Heating Repair to clear a clogged flat roof drain. Roto Rooter won't do roof drains as well as 5 or 6 other plumbing/rooter co's we tried. Ken's Plumbing & Water Heating Repair came out as promised, was very professional and dependable, and cleared the drain in minutes. I was very happy (and relieved) he could do it after one of our other roof drains above a bedroom ceiling (also clogged) let go about a month ago. I called Ken's Plumbing & Water Heating Repair to come inspect some pipes at my new place, he was out that same afternoon. Ken's Plumbing & Water Heating Repair looked at the rusting pipes, gave a quick run down of what should be done and then explained that his work is primarily rooter and sewage line inspections and the work I was needing done would require a different type of service and therefore a different plumber.

We had an outdoor plumbing issue and it was diagnosed perfectly, and fixed perfectly. The service quality is excellent, and we only call Rooter & Plumbing Service for our plumbing needs.
