Had them do the plumbing for our basement the tap they installed is loose and the handle is broken, then we had them come and service our Navian water system and they left a filter clogged, when we phoned the to tell them they said our technician wouldn’t do that. A home inspector found the filter and we took a picture of it and sent it to them , they said we will phone you back but never did! Nope never again would I ever use them!!
As a new home owner Having Kens plumbing around has been amazing. These guys are great tradesmen and value the customer. Their prices are very fair and they get the job done and have great workmanship. Their Plumbers have taken the time to explain things to me and teach me how I can ensure my appliances stay and good working order.
i have nothing but good things to say about this company. i have used them twice now and each time they have helped me solved and fixed my problems at hand. fairly price and great service.
Work was done in a professional and timely manner. The staff are easy to deal with and friendly. They will always be my first call and should be yours too.
Got a pressure tank put in by them 18 months ago. The fittings they put on have leaked twice already and they wouldn’t come out to fix there mistakes free of charge. Poor work quality.
