We had Christian, from Ken's Pluming come out to quote a project for us that involved him going into the attic. Christian damaged our ceiling by putting weight on it and causing a nail-pop in the corner of our guest bedroom. It took us a few days to notice the damage as it happened in the corner of a guest room. We scheduled to have Christian and Ken (Supervisor) come back to view the damage.
