Ken is either a CROOK, or is INCOMPETENT. My truck started overheating and losing coolant while my wife was having emergency surgery. Took it to Ken and told him I think a hose or clamp was bad. He said “it’s your water pump” as he looked at it from a distance. Told him to please check it out. He replaced the water pump and I drove it back to the hospital. Ken and Juan took the time to listen to and diagnose a ”fun” sound coming from under my Chevy Duramax dually. Everyone in town, including Ken was booked solid! But, within an hour, Ken had me out the door in under an hour. Thankfully, a simple fix to what could easily have been “misdiagnosed” or redirected to something more complicated and unnecessary. Straightforward, fair and honest. Highly recommended!
Kenny is fast and good at what he does. He is someone I highly recommend here in Pagosa Springs.
We had an unusual brake problem on a Saturday and Ken dropped his weekend plans to help us. In addition to being accommodating he made the time pass as we worked to get the brakes working. I am deeply grateful.
Our suburban began having starting issues. Replaced the battery to no avail. I had heard good things about Ken’s, he got us in the very next day and we had the car back by that evening with a new starter. Will use him again in the future.
