The 4 guys were very friendly, professional and polite. They worked really hard and moved our entire house and unloaded at our new house in 4 hours. The cost came in much less than I was quoted, partially because of having 4 guys, which helped get the job done quicker. We used this company the last time we moved and were very pleased then, also. I recommend Ken’s Neat Movers.
I had the greatest experience with this moving company. Ken made sure to quote me on the high end so I wouldn’t be surprised by the bill at the end. Ken’s guys that moved us were professional, efficient, and careful. I would hire this company again and again and will recommend their services to friends and family. We were very prepared for our move and as thorough as possible with our inventory list. At the end we were well below the high end of what we were quoted for.
My move was an absolute breeze thanks to these guys! Ken was very kind over the phone, addressed all my questions and concerns, and explained how the pricing worked. He called the day before to confirm the appointment, too. The moving guys showed up exactly when they said they would, and were very friendly. Ken was great at first. Confirming by calls and emails that we were all set for 12-2 today. Then today 2 comes around. No phone call or text. So..We called him at least 5 times, I text him and nothing. Tried calling again his phone was off- At 3 he sends “1st job running late will text you a new eta when we can” NEVER GOT ANOTHER TEXT. He then talked to my mother around 4:30 and said his guys were all too tired and that he would try to get them to come over but he would call at 6 with an update. AGAIN, NO PHONE CALL. I had the same experience than Johann (below this). Paid $515 for a two bedroom apartment move. Agreed on 2 men and one truck, but four men showed up. No previous conversation with me about this. No paperwork either, so they can do whatever they want. I was totally misled when I called to say that I had scheduled my move with someone else and Ken fought for my business with great customer care.
