Norcold fridge was full of food and of course it went on the fritz. Ken walked us through the steps to debug it on the phone. Amazing service, thanks, Ken!
Ken is a great guy! I called him about a problem I was having to see if could come out and work on my RV. He gave a couple suggestions over the phone and they worked. He could have just come out and charged to look at it and do the same thing, but he didn't. Integrity is something that is short supply, but not for Ken. Thanks Ken!
