So far they very good.
Making a simple key copies has cost me almost x10 the price it is in the place I usually use when in need...were in a rush and might have got took adventage'd of...can't say I recommend this place
Needed a vats key for a 2000 Corvette which the dealer didn't stock. Ken's had one and I was in and out the door in about 10 minutes ! I've been using them for 25 plus years and would highly recommend them
Terrible customer service, lied about cost of reprogramming my original key fob after paying for a brand new one. Made 3 trips 30 min away! Inexperienced workers more concerned with their meal, cell phones and loud music (clearly when the boss is away.) Stay away go somewhere else unless you want to get ripped off and waste your time! SMH....$295.00 l later ...
Took them what was left of my keys that I lost on the road and my new blank key and cylinder to have them cut the key waited 3 days for them to tell me they couldn't do anything , I can't believe they don't have any ishi tools 🤨or were just flat out lying I ended up getting a mobile locksmith to do it ,cost a bunch but 30 minutes it took to get it done so kens gets 👎👎👎👎
