One star for one unprofessional, if not illegal business practice I ever been involved in; after paying over $1700 for a replacement transmission. The Lawn tractor is repaired but I do not get to hold the warranty and do not get to know which manufacturer built the transmission. I personally asked to see a copy of the warranty and to know the company's name as I might secure a copy online.*** is not a transparent business man. Do not engage!! We are not satisfied with the customer service . We have a tractor lawn ********************** machine that does not work .we paid $584 to have a tractor lawn mower fixed . It was returned after several weeks and the next day we started it only to have it fail again( stop running) we called countless times with promises of restitution . We were given excuses ( some legit ) funerals , Covid, mail, parts take long and hunting trips ) no timely return calls .
