Dropped off my diesel Sprinter Van and then never heard back in 6 weeks (after multiple calls and voicemails). I went by the shop during business hours shortly after and no one was there. The hood was left up on my vehicle and looked like it had been rained on slept in by critters for quite awhile. Over 2 months later I was told Ken was in the hospital and couldn't do any repairs. Very unprofessional and I do not recommend using this mechanic!

Was referred to them by a friend. Was very informative in the beginning with my tow truck. Took them 5 months to repair and was not keeping me updated. Every time I called I didn't get an answer and then would never call back. When I did reach Ken or his wife they were always out of town. After receiving my vehicle and paying $1900 for repairs I literally drove it for 10 minutes and the same problem happened again I reached out to Ken he told me to give him a day or two and then bring it back but day or two turned into a mon... read more

Fantastic mechanic. Probably the best diesel mechanic in the city. Very responsive and always called me back and answered all of my questions. I bring all 3 of my vehicles up there.

Ken and Rita are wonderful people! I called last minute and they were willing to service my truck. Without them I wouldn’t be able to drive to see my family for thanksgiving. On top of that, they know what they’re doing. I couldn’t ask for a better company to work on my truck.

This was post storms they had power and where open for business when they felt like but trying to get anything completed out of here good luck can't even get him to return a phone call!!!!
