If you have older vehicles or an older tractor like we do, Ken's Garage is A GREAT PLACE! He knows what he's doing and so just be patient, and it'll pay off. My car is particularly tricky. Ken is a genuinely good mechanic and his prices are great. Our tractor is soooo old, and he'll work on it no problem.. So hard to find that these days!
My apologies, but we are totally shocked by the previous reviews & question them (as this is a competitive business to be in/Ken is a newcomer to the area). Ever since Ken's Garage relocated to Mountain View my family & I have regularly used him to resolve all sorts of vehicular issues, to repair tractors, other equipment...he has also has welded broken items in need of repair when we had our sawmill business. Took my truck for a simple exhaust. Having to fix it myself. Leaks at every weld and he will not make good on it. Was supposed to meet us to fix it and isn't there and will not answer phone! Very very unhappy!!
Ditto what the other guy said. Takes forever to even start on your project. Gets mad if you ask why it has been a month on a 2 day job. Quotes you a price and then does not stand behind it! Employees do not even know what they are doing. I watched a while and they asked me what to do!! Come on that is why I brought it to them. Never again, a rip off for sure
I f you are wanting your car or equipment repaired DO NOT TRUST this man. He will wait forever to even get started even after he has your money. He will put in a 1978 motor and tell you it is an 1990 model. He does not get the job done and if you ask him why it is taken 3 months just to look at your car he will get mad and not work on it but he will not tell you and rack up a storage fee while he has it.He is a complete RIP OFF!!!
