I ordered two $60.00 arrangements for my dad and my sister,I was so disappointed they look like a small wedding bouquet. I also asked him to send me pictures of them when they were put on there grave ,he said he would but never did!
I placed on order on Wednesday for Friday. However, they were not able to fill the order due to them having covid. I totally understand they couldn't fulfill the order but they should have at least contacted me and also updated their website so orders could not be placed. Had I been aware of circumstances then I could have ordered from someone else.
Sympathy basket exceeded my expectations. I wanted a blooming plant for my sister to plant in her yard after her husband's service but not much was available in February. The staff at Ken's found a beautiful red camellia and included several houseplants as well in the arrangement. My sister was very happy with the blossoms and so was I. Thanks!
Ken is AMAZING!! The ONLY one I trust to do my girls prom/ homecoming corsages and boutonnieres!!
