Greatly disappointed in the floral arrangement for my brother's memorial service. Poor customer service. Paid for a premium arrangement and it did not match the picture on the website. We had to contact them more than once to register our concerns and get a response. They said it was nature and they couldn't do anything about the flowers not being opened. Really??? I placed a order for mothers day to be delivered an it never showed up so what is the point of charging me for delivery an asking what day I want it delivered an it does not come very very very very disappointed with kens flower
