RecommendedKen and Elise are great pharmacist. Everyone at Kens is so very friendly and helpful plus they have delivery service. I've been going to Ken since they were in at Country mart.
Due to an eye issue I had a prescription to fill. After waiting over an hour for it to be filled at CVS, I was told they didn’t have it in stock and it “might” come in on their shipment in the afternoon. I called Walgreens and confirmed they had the medicine in stock. I called the doctors office and had the prescription sent to Walgreens. After 2 hours, I was told they did not have it in stock. Like Ken's very much. Calls me to remind me I have a script ready for pick up. Even called to wish a happy birthday. Drive through is really convenient and even hands my little dog a treat. Helps me find coupons that give discounts on some of my medications. That's a big help when some meds can cost over $200.00.
Not using them anymore. Called at 12:00pm on my lunch break to have my Rx refilled and ready by the time I got off work at 5:00pm and it was not ready. The lady was very rude and just said they didn't do it. When people coming in after me we're getting there's right away. Horrible customer service. Left with no Rx. Will notify my Dr.
My mother is moving into a nursing home and she will need her drugs delivered. I was afraid that the cost of her drugs would be outrageous. She doesn't have a drug plan. Ken assured me that his pharmacy is very comparable with WM. He was willing to find the best generic for her
