I have had a lot of landlords and Brian Kondas was the absolute worst. He would not fix anything and ignored all my requests. He is very unprofessional and rude. Do not rent from Brian Kondas or Ken’s Corporate Housing. He will steal your security deposit.
Do not do business with this man as a tenant, property owner, or contractor. He is a thief, scammer, and a liar. We have had to keep a lawyer on retainer for our entire lease period to protect ourselves from his bullying and disregard for maintenance and safety issues. He threatened to evict us and terminate our lease 4 times for maintenance requests and rat and termite infestations.
