When asked about the cleaning product that he used, the owner dismissed me, saying I wouldn’t understand even if he told me. I then asked him, if he at least stood by the safety of his product to which he responded, “I’m done here”, and stormed out. Highly unprofessional & out of touch.
Works very quickly and does a thorough job. I have had them for years.
He cleaned 2 and 1/2 rooms in 25 minutes and I have bad many different carotene cleaners in here and I thought he just rushed through to get it done my floors are still super wet and this was at 9 am this morning I was not impressed at all and he wouldn’t show me the water from the tank to see how dirty it was because he was barely sucking any water up that’s my floors are still sopping wet 8 hours later. I am not happy nor impressed at all he head in a rush and did a crappy job, guess you get what you pay for
I have used Kens Carpet Cleaning for years. They do great work. Once I spilled an entire class of soda on the carpet the day after he cleaned it and he came back the next day and cleaned that area up for me. I was impressed.
Horrible! Came in and announced we don't clean fabric on La--Z-Boy products and left.
