I ordered a subwoofer and was told it would take 2 weeks to arrive. It is now > 4 weeks, and not only has it still not come in, but they can’t even tell me when it will arrive. Thanks for wasting a month of my time. I will not be back!
Last sat had a radio amp & speakers installed in my truck due to a previous bad experience I requested they double check it was properly installed tonight I’m riding down rd and get message miswiring DC offset error I google it cause my radio isn’t working at all not nothing no sound turns out it’s a safety thing cause it wasn’t wired correctly I’m beyond mad tried to call tonight of course they don’t get messages on there call will b there mon morning when they pull up I’m on a rd trip with no radio thank you all so much !!... read more

Ken's is THE place to go when you want a great car audio system and superior customer service. Steve at the Pensacola location was great. He took the extra time to help me build the perfect system for my daughter's car. I'm very happy with the end results from this purchase. Bought my 1st system from Ken's way back in 1990. They are still the best in the business. Thanks again to Steve for making this such a great expeience.
